Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, and PIC handles every return and refund for you, whichever brand shipped it. You never need to contact the brand yourself.
How to start a return
Reply to your order confirmation email, or email returns@padelinnercircle.com, with your order number, the item and the reason. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions for that brand.
What can be returned
- Items in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
- Not returnable once opened, for health and safety: food, drinks and supplements (for example gummies, colostrum, drink mixes and capsules). Unopened, they can be returned like anything else.
- Not returnable: items marked "final sale" on the product page.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo. We arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, and you pay nothing to send it back.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping unless the brand provides a free label. Original shipping is refunded only when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Refunds
Once the brand confirms it received the return, we refund you to the card you paid with, usually within 3 business days. Your bank then takes about 5 to 10 business days to show it. You get an email when we send the refund. The refund covers the price you paid for the item (with your member pricing) and the sales tax on it.
Cancelling an order
We place your order with each brand within minutes of payment, so we can only cancel a brand's part if it has not shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, return it under this policy instead.
Exchanges
We don't swap items directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the one you want.
If a brand can't fill your order
If an item turns out to be out of stock after you paid, we refund that item in full, including its shipping and tax.
