Terms of Sale

These terms apply to every purchase in the PIC Member Store. The store is run by Padel Inner Circle LLC, 801 Brickell Bay Dr., Apt 865, Miami, FL 33131 ("PIC", "we"). By paying for an order, you agree to these terms.
Who can buy
The store is for active PIC members (Founding Members and Online Members) who are 18 or older. We ship to addresses in the United States only. Your login is personal; keep it to yourself.
Who you buy from
You buy from PIC. PIC is the seller on every order and charges your card once for the whole cart. Each brand in the PIC Brand Network then ships its products to you directly. Product descriptions, sizes and photos come from the brands; we work to keep them accurate, but small differences (for example colour on screen) can happen.
Prices and member pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Your PIC member pricing is applied automatically; there is no code to enter. At checkout we show the final price for your address: the items, your member savings, each brand's shipping and sales tax. That total is what you pay. If a price changes between your quote and your payment, we show you the new total before charging anything.
Sales tax
We charge sales tax where we are required to, based on your shipping address.
Payment
Payments are handled by Stripe on its secure checkout page. PIC never sees or stores your full card number. Your order is placed only after Stripe confirms the payment.
Order confirmation
After payment you get an order number and a confirmation email. We then place each brand's part of your order with that brand. If a brand cannot fill an item (for example it sold out), we tell you and refund that item in full.
Mistakes
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel that item and refund you in full, even after you paid.

Warranties
Products come with the brand's own warranty, where the brand offers one. We help you claim it. Apart from rights you have by law, PIC gives no other warranty on the products.
Our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, PIC's total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and PIC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
Membership
Membership itself (fees, benefits, Founding Member terms) is covered by your membership agreement, not by these terms.
Disputes and law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If something goes wrong, email us first at hello@padelinnercircle.com and we will try to fix it. Any dispute that we can't resolve together goes to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on the site when you pay applies to that order.
